Demo Program

Our rackets are great, but you still want to try them before you buy them.  If there is a Mantis representative based in your city we will direct you to them so you can try the racket before you buy.  If there is no representative in your city then your demo racket(s) will come directly from Mantis USA.

To get the ball rolling go to our Contact Us page and send us a message telling us who you are and where you live.  We will get back to you and let you know if you will be dealing with a representative  or directly with Mantis USA.

  What is the cost of the demo program? The only cost you will incur is the UPS charge for shipping the demo racquet(s) to you and back to Mantis USA.  Shipping charges will range from as little as $18.00 for one racquet to $32 for four racquets (depending on distance). Demo racquets cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous United States. Note: You may demo a maximum of four (4) racquets at one time. 

How long does it take to get the demos and how long can I keep them? The demos will be shipped UPS ground. The shipment will normally arrive 2 days after shipping. You get to keep them for one week. Having them for one week guarantees you will always have a weekend to demo the rackets. Note: Because demos may need to have the grips or strings changed prior to being shipped out, demo orders are not guaranteed to ship within three days of ordering.  Delays are only occasional and are typically no longer than three days. 

How do I return the demos to Mantis USA? We provide you with a pre-paid UPS return label that you place over the existing label on the box you received the demos in and take it to any staffed UPS station, or give it to any UPS driver. You won't be charged any additional fees when you return the demos through UPS with the pre-paid return label. Note: Be sure to ONLY use the provided demo UPS return shipping label for returning demos as this will guarantee insurance, tracking and proper return for demos. Customers are responsible for paying shipping charges and providing a tracking number if returned by another shipping method. 

What if I do not return them within a week? We want as many people as possible to have a chance to demo these racquets so it's important that they're returned to us on time. If you ship them late, there is a late fee of $3.00 per racquet, per day. If you're more than 7 days late and we are unable to reach you, we will charge your credit card for the full price of the racquets.
